VICTUS LIFE maintains member/user databases that contain mailing, billing, and member profile information, as well as a record of each member/user's reservation for treatments. The information in these databases is used by authorized officers and board delegated organization staff to process reservation; mail invoices, renewal notices, announcements; and respond to user inquiries. Member/user records are maintained as long as an individual is VICTUS LIFE member and for at least three years following a membership lapse. Registration databases may be retained for up to three years.

VICTUS LIFE uses "contact us" forms as a way for VICTUS LIFE Customers, potential customers and VICTUS LIFE Members to communicate with VICTUS LIFE. VICTUS LIFE collects the information supplied by the sender of the "contact us" form in order to establish and maintain relationships with Customers, potential customers and VICTUS LIFE Members. VICTUS LIFE also uses email links located on various pages of the VICTUS LIFE Web site to allow you to contact VICTUS LIFE with questions or comments you may have. VICTUS LIFE welcomes these email communications and makes efforts to respond to these communications where appropriate. Email communications and the ideas sent to VICTUS LIFE in these email communications become the property of VICTUS LIFE. VICTUS LIFE uses the email communications to evaluate and improve its services and Web site. By becoming an VICTUS LIFE Member, you consent to VICTUS LIFE employing the foregoing techniques in its continuing efforts to better serve its Members by providing them with the information in which they may be most interested.

VICTUS LIFE undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of Member-Provided Information and will never knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside VICTUS LIFE other than to the VICTUS LIFE Member or as described in this Privacy Policy. VICTUS LIFE uses technology to preserve the anonymity of VICTUS LIFE Members while matching the Members' interests with targeted information sent via email. VICTUS LIFE has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect the information assets of the VICTUS LIFE, including the confidentiality of Member-Provided Information. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated security architecture and protocol.

Unfortunately, neither the VICTUS LIFE Network nor data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect VICTUS LIFE Member-Provided Information, VICTUS LIFE cannot ensure or warrant the security of Member-Provided Information.
